The Society is actively involved with research and development in the Biotechnology sector both locally and globally. Biotechnology Society of Nigeria, the parent body of Biotechnology activities both for private and government sectors undergoes active research and development in the area of development of Biotechnology tools and resources. We are actively engaged with the development of Biotechnology tools relevant to the health and public sector

Membership Registration
Five (5) basic steps to join BSN
1. Complete the online application form, attach all required documents and submit with payment of N9000.00 Application & Membership fee. On successful submission of the application form, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that your application was received.
2. On completion of the application processing, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your membership is under processing. The Registration Fee varies with Membership Categories which is determined by qualifications and contributions.
3. On acceptance of the offer of admission, login to your profile and make the required payment.
4. On receipt of your payment, the Secretariat will issue you Membership Number and notice of Induction
5. You will be inducted and issued a Membership Certificate at an Induction Ceremony that will be communicated to you.
